We provide package service from mould design and production, processing of parts, surface treatment (including sandblasting, hairline-making, grinding, ED plating, paint baking, silkscreen printing and cleaning), packing, to transportation. With its headquarters in Daliao Township, Kaoshiung county, Taiwan, it mainly produces precise metal dies for progressive stamping, cold dies, parts and accessories of precision stamping. With the introduction of advanced stamping equipment from both home and abroad, Yaotai Company has the capability of producing and testing of precise products. The raw materials used include the galvanized sheet, cold rolled steel sheet, high-carbon steel, chrome and molybdenum alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum sheet, phosphor copper, brass and so on, with the maximum thickness of 6.0mm and the minimum thickness of 0.1mm. The stamping dies are made of alloy steel, high-speed steel and super-rigid materials (like tungsten steel) so as to assure the stability of stamping processing. The stamping parts made by the company are mainly used for LCD, mobile phones, fax machines, copiers, Satellite Receivers, computers and automobiles and so on. The products have been exported to Taiwan, Japan, Europe and America and other countries, where the products are highly accredited by the customers due to the features such as the high precision, the good appearance and the stable performance.

The annual production capacity of the company can reach 300 sets of dies, 80 million pieces of stamping parts and accessories, whereas the annual income of the company can reach USD 6milion.
